City problems are mini-games that can be played once every 4 hours. These problems can affect up to three of your city's utilities at a time. It also stops them from generating a rent bonus until the mini-game is won and the problem is fixed. Fixing a city problem gives you exp and MONOPOLY money.
When a city problem is active, you'll see the "Utility" button with a notification. The notification will disappears when all the city problems in your city are fixed.
Once you complete the mini-game, you can watch an ad to play again and potentially double your rewards. You will still earn the regular amount of rewards if you fail the second mini-game.
If you fail the mini-game, you can play again or pay gems to give you a bonus to help you with your current game. The bonus varies depending on the mini-game.
