Tap the button on the main screen to access the feature. Pick a card, you get to choose between Community Chest (get rich quicker), or Chance Cards (city opportunities).
After a card has been picked, a timer starts, and you will get a new card to draw when the timer is complete. A red notification will appear on the button once a new card can be drawn.
